Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Glowsy account and all associated data.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these simple steps to delete your account from within the app

Open the Glowsy App

Launch the Glowsy app on your iOS or Android device.

Open the Sidebar Panel

Tap the personal info icon in the top right corner of the home screen, or swipe right to open the sidebar panel.

Go to Settings

In the sidebar panel, tap on "Settings" to access your account settings.

Open Security & Privacy

Scroll down and tap on "Security & Privacy" to access privacy-related options.

Delete Account

Tap on "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.

Confirmation

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

Transparency about what we delete and what we're legally required to retain

Data We Delete

  • Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
  • Your birth chart and astrological data
  • All AI-generated images and videos
  • Your saved styles and preferences
  • Purchase history and subscription data
  • All account credentials and authentication data

Data We Retain

  • Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked to you)
  • Transaction records required for legal/tax compliance (retained for 7 years as required by law)
Deletion Timeline

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Some cached data may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from our backup systems.
